Residential Projects

Construction of homes, apartment complexes, and even bigger multi – storied high rise buildings are all considered to be residential projects. Some residential projects may resemble some types of commercial projects, depending on what the project itself includes.

Any real estate asset with one to four residential units is considered a residential real estate asset. A single-family home, a townhome, a condo, a mobile home, or a multiplex building can be regarded as instances.
